We’re going to use the bodyweight row to build a thicker back. Calisthenics rows are an awesome exercise for growing back thickness, the problem is they get easy after some practice.

You’re going to learn how to progress the calisthenics horizontal row, building muscle and strength for a long time. The best way to overload the exercise is using band resistance. The setup of the exercise is up to you, a barbell or gymnastic rings are both useful options.
