If training only the front or back lever, you’ll follow a 3x per week split.
If training both the front and back lever, choose either a 3x or 4x per week split.
Less then 1 hour.
Lever Pro requires a pull-up bar or rings. Resistance bands from light to heavy are also needed.
10 Pull-Ups are the requirements.
