Bodyweight Shoulder Exercise At Home:
In this video I will show you a bodyweight shoulder exercise and workout that you can do at home, as usual, with no equipment that is challenging for all skill levels.
As mentioned in the video choose the number of sets and reps that are appropriate for you, the sets and reps I recommended is what I believe would be a good guide for most people, whether you are doing a beginner or advanced version of the exercise. Make sure you push yourself and keep your arms straight throughout the set
